The IM94xx is a high-performance automotive-grade MCU based on the Cortex-M4F core, specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of automotive electronic applications. It integrates a DSP instruction set and a Floating-Point Unit (FPU), delivering exceptional computing power. Furthermore, IM94xx supports the ASIL-B functional safety level and features a built-in HSM-Medium level hardware cryptographic engine. It can execute symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms such as AES-256, RSA, and ECC, while also supporting Chinese commercial cryptographic algorithms SM2/3/4. The HSM module is equipped with an independent security core, as well as separate storage and data spaces, supporting the execution of secure firmware and allowing users to customize algorithms to meet diverse cybersecurity requirements.

  • 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F core with CPU main frequency up to 120 MHz. 

  • Peripherals: 3x CAN FD, 4x UART/LIN, 4x SPI, 2x I2C. 

  • Analog & Timers: 2x 20-channel 12-bit 1Mbps ADCs, 32-channel 16-bit PWM supporting dead-time insertion and fault detection. 

  • Memory Architecture: 1 MB Flash, 128KB Data Flash (100k write/erase cycles), 128KB SRAM; all blocks support hardware ECC. 

  • Evita-Medium information security module, supporting secure boot. 

  • Available in LQFP100 and LQFP64 packages, with the LQFP64 package pin-compatible with the IM90xxA.
