The IM94xxA is a high-performance automotive-grade MCU based on the Cortex-M4F core, designed for the stringent demands of automotive electronic applications. It integrates a DSP instruction set and a floating-point unit for excellent computing capability. In addition, the IM94xxA supports the ASIL-B functional-safety level and embeds an HSM-Medium hardware crypto engine capable of AES-256, RSA, and ECC symmetric/asymmetric algorithms, as well as Chinese-national algorithms SM2/3/4. The HSM module features an independent security core with dedicated storage and data space, supports running secure firmware, and allows user-defined algorithms to meet diverse information-security needs.
