MCU, LDO, and CAN PHY triple integration; AEC-Q100 Grade 1; lower cost, higher efficiency.
The IM904DC series is Immorta's highly-integrated automotive-grade chip designed for minimalist, compact automotive edge intelligent nodes. As a "three-in-one" solution, it integrates a 48 MHz Cortex-M0+ processor, a wide-input LDO (6V to 40V), and a CAN physical-layer transceiver in a single extremely small package (QFN32 5x5 mm). Beyond integrated communication and power, the chip supports 12 capacitive-touch detection channels and dedicated motor-control peripherals, making it especially suitable for space-constrained applications such as touch door handles, standalone sensors, and low-speed alert systems, greatly reducing external component count and optimizing system BOM cost.
