The IM90xxC series of Smart SBCs are automotive-grade 3-in-1 integrated chips specifically designed by Immorta for automotive edge intelligent nodes. The chip integrates a 40V high-voltage LDO, a CAN transceiver, and an embedded MCU, offering enhanced security, rich connectivity, and excellent scalability. The product has passed AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification and meets the ASIL-B functional safety standard. It is widely used in various automotive actuators and sensor controllers, such as sentry sensors, gas sensors, fragrance generators, lighting controllers, seat/window/door/wiper controllers, as well as various BLDC/PMSM motor control and in-vehicle switches.

  • Memory Architecture: 256KB Flash, 64KB Data Flash (100k write/erase cycles), 32KB SRAM; all blocks support hardware ECC. 

  • Peripherals: 1x CAN FD, 3x UART/LIN, 2x SPI, 2x I2C. 

  • Analog & Timers: 20-channel 12-bit 1Mbps ADC, 16-channel 16-bit PWM supporting dead-time insertion and fault detection. 

  • Supports LQFP48 and QFN80 packaging.
