The Immorta IM1028 is a domestic automotive-grade system basis chip integrating a low-dropout regulator (LDO) and a LIN transceiver, specifically designed to meet the high standards of automotive electronic systems. The product complies with the "LIN 2.x / ISO 17987-4:2016 / SAE J2602" standards, ensuring high interoperability and compatibility with various LIN bus devices. 

IM1028 features excellent EMC performance. The ESD protection for LIN pins supports HBM ±8kV, adapting to most applications without extra external ESD components. Furthermore, it passed the Level IV (200mA) Class A standard in Bulk Current Injection (BCI) testing, enabling stable operation in harsh automotive EMC environments.

oCompliant with LIN 2.0, LIN 2.1, LIN 2.2, LIN 2.2A, and ISO 17987-4 Electrical Physical Layer (EPL) specifications 

oLIN transmission rate up to 20kbps 

oSupports TXD dominant timeout protection

oProvides 3.3V or 5V output voltage, delivering up to 100mA current with ±2% accuracy 

•Operating Modes & Power:

oLow-power Standby mode: 25 µA consumption 

oLow-power Sleep mode: 13 µA consumption 

• Low Electromagnetic Emission (EME) and High Electromagnetic Immunity (EMI) performance 

•Supports Normal mode, low-power Standby mode, and low-power Sleep mode 

•Supports LIN/BAT pins ±8kV ESD 

•Supports chip overtemperature protection function 

• Available in SOP8 and DFN8 packages
