The Immorta IM1028x is a domestically developed automotive-grade integrated voltage regulator (LDO) and LIN transceiver, designed to meet the demanding requirements of automotive electronic systems. The product complies with the "LIN 2.x / ISO 17987-4:2016 / SAE J2602" standards, ensuring a high degree of interoperability and compatibility with other LIN bus devices.
The IM1028x delivers excellent EMC performance. The ESD protection on the LIN pin supports HBM ±8 kV, eliminating the need for additional external ESD devices in the vast majority of applications. Furthermore, the product passed the Class A requirement of Level IV (200 mA) in BCI testing, enabling stable operation in harsh automotive EMC environments.
