The Immorta IM7M6Gx is a domestically-developed high-performance automotive-grade three-phase gate-driver IC designed for diverse 12V-system applications. It drives an external six-NMOS three-phase half-bridge and supports a wide input-voltage range (5.5V–40V) for flexible platform-based applications. The IM7M6Gx supports independent PWM control mode and integrates a high-voltage charge pump enabling 100% duty-cycle output to meet high-performance driving requirements.
The IM7M6Gx gate driver provides up to 1 A drive current and is compatible with both 3.3V and 5V IO interfaces, adapting to various MCU system scenarios. In addition, the IC supports low-power mode for improved energy efficiency. The IM7M6Gx integrates a high-precision differential current amplifier for bus-current sensing and over-current protection, and users can flexibly set the amplifier gain and bias voltage via external resistors.
For reliability, the IM7M6Gx integrates a MOS voltage-detection circuit that effectively handles common motor faults such as short-circuit, over-current, open-circuit, and stall, providing comprehensive protection.
